Linda Da Pra
Linda DaPra established Casalinda Studio after receiving her BA in Applied Design from San Diego State University. She hand fabricates her jewelry with the environment in mind and uses recycled precious metals; recycled, reclaimed or vintage stones and beads; new gemstones and beads created in the United States or by Fair Trade Federation suppliers; renewable, organic resource items (cultured pearls, bamboo, etc); and recycled packaging materials.
Inspiration for Linda’s designs comes from the native flora and geographical topography that exists in California. For example, her Desert Hibiscus pendant, Thimbleberry Flower choker and her signature line of hand-hammered Mud Crack link necklaces, earrings, and bracelets are products of this inspiration. She donates 1% of all sales to a The Mojave Desert Land Trust. |
